We only employ the best standards, equipment and parts available on the market. We have the confidence required to be able to supply our clients with the right water cooler for their particular necessities.
Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is to listen, understand and deliver the right drinking water solution first time. There are many different water coolers available on the market at varying prices and plans. We believe that this should not be complicated and the process should be simple. James Thompson CEO
I knew that Andy and I had that connection that meant we would be pulling in exactly the same direction. Customer care is for me paramount if we are to succeed. I enjoy the personal touch we try to create for all customers and don’t believe to this day we have ever given a customer an account number on principle.
Knowing that each of us were more than willing to go the extra mile we decided that we would merge companies and work together under the same company. Since then we kept the focus on our customers, forming lots of long lasting business relationships with our clients.
Away from work, I have a busy fulfilling ACTIVE family life. This includes camping, fishing, walking (usually with my chocolate Lab)and coaching my sons football team.

Andrew Grabham CEO
My journey began back in 2004 when I became an engineer for one of the leading water cooler companies. Working my way up the ladder to a depot manager, I covered the West Country and South Wales. In 2010 the opportunity to start my own water cooler business was too good to turn down. This is when I first came in contact with James. I required an engineer to cover the North and he was recommended to me through the EDWCA.
James and I have built a strong and committed working relationship over the years. After a couple years working alongside one another, we soon realised we shared the same customer focus. Away from the business I enjoy spending time with the family. I love dog walking and getting down to the coast as much as possible.
